Voluntary redundancy applications update - 1 Nov 2024

Voluntary redundancy (VR) applications received by staff during September and October (along with applications deferred from April), have been discussed and reviewed at EMT during October. HR are now working with managers on the outcomes.

Approved VRs and declines will be sent a letter via the nominate email on their application from Friday 1 November. Those VR’s deferred from the September and October window will receive an email with their line managers copied in.   

If you are expecting an outcome and have not heard anything from your line manager or HR, then please speak to your line manager in the first instance.

New applications received from November onwards will be taken forward to Workforce Boards and progressed to EMT on a fortnightly rolling basis.
