Working with the DDU

Working with the DDU

Working with the DDU is a collaborative process. It is not a case of ‘being done to’, but working together. This can only happen if your team fully engages with the DDU – after all, your people understand the issues, challenges and potential solutions better than anyone! The aim is simply to improve the services we offer our customers, whilst reducing spend and giving your people more time to do meaningful work. We can’t do this without you.

In the first instance, please make sure you’ve read and understood what the DDU aims to achieve – with your help, input and engagement.

We’re using a six-step approach: discovery; design; build; test; go live; adoption. At all stages, you and your team will be involved and communicated with.
