It's important we are open about the steps we're taking to become the financially sustainable council we need to be, to continue delivering The Shropshire Plan for our communities.
Everybody who manages a budget has access to a detailed Power BI finance dashboard, with tools to track progress towards our savings target. It's more important than ever to use every tool we have to keep this ‘single version of the truth’ accurate and up to date. This is everybody’s responsibility.
Reports will be published throughout the year and will be shared alongside all-staff communication on savings, next steps and progress or challenges to be aware of.
