Employee resizing toolkit

A new toolkit has been created by HR to support all colleagues with guidance and information as we carry out the next steps to becoming the right sized council for our resources.

This toolkit outlines how steps will be taken in a planned way, consulting with employees, communicating openly at every stage and offering opportunities for redeployment wherever possible.

The toolkit also signposts to wellbeing support, resilience building and skills development to empower employees to navigate challenges with confidence.
