Training and on-going help and guidance for using the ERP
As part of delivering a Healthy Organisation, we know you need help and guidance in using our key systems to do your work. To support this, we are excited to launch some new features and remind you of some existing ones.
Training
In addition to the existing modules in Leap into Learning for New Starters, ERP for Everyone, Administrators and Budget Holders we have created new modules for Line Managers. These new modules take you through all the aspects of using the ERP as a Line Manager.
On-going help and guidance
Our Teams BOT is now available in a new version, you can easily access this from within Teams to ask your ‘how do I’ questions on using the ERP – responses include links to videos and to relevant service area guidance and policies.
‘Knowly’ is the in system help button that is specifically written for how we use the ERP, including how to complete Absence requests, Expense claims and guidance on completing forms. Look for the blue light bulb in the right-hand corner for this help.
And don’t forget the fortnightly virtual clinics held by Katie Dawson that you can drop into with any questions you may have!
These new features are designed to enhance your experience and improve your productivity within the ERP system.
To ensure that you can take full advantage of these new features, there are training videos on how to use the new version of the BOT, and the Knowly in-system help button, and a link to the Leap into Learning ERP Training.
We highly encourage you to make use of these new resources to learn more about using the ERP and support you in your work.
